Overview
VFD, which turns the alternating current’s constant voltage and frequency into tunable frequency, are used to regulate the speed of AC asynchronous motor. Though the time is short of the use of ac adjustable-speed system with varying frequency, it developed fast in recent years because of its excellent performance (especially for drawworks).

Features
One to one control system, every inverter is powered by independent rectifying unit, and it applies for small and medium drilling rig.
Public DC bus, rectifying unit forms DC bus, partial rectifier cabinet’s fault don’t influence the system’s work, rectifier can be maintained in the case of normal power and it can save equipment space, applying for big drilling rig.
