Arash Kurdi, referring to the level of gratitude and thanks of the Minister of Energy for the efforts of the country’s electricity industry, the relative satisfaction of the people and officials, including a number of representatives of the Islamic Council, regarding the proper performance of the electricity industry in the productive days, considered the network as a valuable asset and a source of pride for the electricity industry. He expressed hope that the electricity industry will successfully overcome this summer’s peak by registering a good record.

CEO Tawanir paid attention to the round-the-clock efforts of the employees of the electricity industry in this field and he said about the creation of focus in the electricity transmission sector and the monitoring and follow-up of the regional electricity companies and the unique actions of this sector this year that with the double efforts of the electricity distribution sector of the country so far Between 7,500 and more than 8,000 megawatts of load and energy consumption management programs have been realized during peak network load periods.

At the same time, he explained: Considering the temperature situation and the possibility of an increase in the network load, the main part of the work is still left, and any negligence can turn the valuable results into bitterness, and therefore the process of actions should continue until the end of the work.

CEO Tawanir stated that the experiences gained in managing consumption during this year’s peak need to analyze the strengths and points that can be improved and develop a comprehensive road map for the coming years. He mentioned the price of electricity as an economic tool and the main pillar of managing electricity consumption in other countries. Due to the country’s electricity industry’s lack of this tool and the cheapness of energy, electricity consumption management programs are hardly implemented in the country, and this issue has doubled the importance of the achievements of the electricity industry in this sector.

Tawanir, the vice president of distribution coordination, also emphasized the readiness of the electricity industry to face the heat wave in the final days of the week and the need to continue implementing load and energy consumption management programs, while appreciating the efforts of the distribution department.

Pointing to the good performance of distribution companies in the field of lighting consumption, Pirpiran emphasized the completion of capacities in this area and the improvement of lighting consumption, especially in factories and government companies and religious centers such as mosques and imamzadehs, requires the preparation of guidelines and calls for the review of solutions. Energy efficiency in different areas of consumption was adjusted by the energy efficiency and loss reduction committees.
